The Manager, FAC IR brings these values to life by maintaining an elevated in Suite Experience, attentive service and high standards to drive sales and client experience. The Manager will coach their direct associate reports proactively and collaboratively to ensure all associates drive the appropriate key performance indicators and are strong brand ambassadors. You have a deep understanding of luxury goods and drive the business across all categories. You are an active member of the local community with a network of local organizations and charities to partner with and thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to adapt quickly to change.
