Must be available for a minimum of 9 direct clinical hour total across at least 3 nights a week from 3:00 - 8:00 PM MST Monday - Thursday, State background checks for clearance to see clients, Florida requires a fingerprint based background check
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health required, Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults clients, Experience with high acuity populations is required, Master’s degree in mental health or related field required, Experience, training, and certification in one or more integrative modalities (listed above) required, Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions, Reliable WiFi connection when meeting with clients, Work authorized in the United States, native or bilingual English proficiency
Nice to Have
Licensed mental health professional preferred, Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, –in addition to EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis
What You'll Do.
Facilitate weekly group treatment via telehealth
Develop creative ways to conduct Integrative group treatment virtually
Ensure clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices
Use thoughtful risk management
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Complete documentation in a timely manner and be accurate and well-written
Maintain and model professional ethics
including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality

About the Role Charlie Health is a pioneer in its approach to mental health treatment. In addition to providing superior Clinical care from the nation’s most talented and passionate clinicians, Charlie Health offers unparallelled and effective holistic treatment via our groundbreaking clinical model. Every client at Charlie Health receives 9 hours of psychoeducation groups. 3 of these 9 hours are considered integrative hours, which pull from contemplative, creative arts and experiential modalities. Integrative Group Facilitators at Charlie Health support our clients through the use of various expressive tools, creative arts, and contemplative practices and believe that healing occurs in the experience itself.
