**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients ** Min Experience: 7+ years Location: Hyderabad JobType: full-time **Requirements** **Experience & Skills:** * **7-9 years of experience working as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst** within a multinational organization * Extensive practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, including **Story Reporting** and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) * Exceptional analytical abilities and strong problem-solving skills * Capability to analyze and interpret complex data alongside detailed reporting requirements * Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements * In-depth understanding of the **SAP SuccessFactors data model** * Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules and HR/People processes * Experience with app development is considered a plus * **Fluency in English is mandatory** * **SAP SuccessFactors certifications** , particularly focused on **Reporting and Analytics** * Demonstrated expertise in Story Reporting ### About the company Software product company ### Must-have skills SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analysis ### Good-to-have skills Reporting process, Story Reporting
