Must Have

3 years of Tableau product experience, Deep technical knowledge of Tableau product features, proper usage, and deployment methods, Experience defining and understanding user business requirements to support governance and dashboard creation, Experience supporting customers with technically complex, high-scale environments with ongoing product challenges, Ability and track record to effectively communicate, demonstrate value, and influence at all levels, including customer executives, Ability to prioritize and effectively execute multiple tasks in difficult, high-pressure situations, Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms, and map technical features to business requirements, Understanding of database, application, and network technologies in a cloud computing (multi-tenant) world, Ability to control the level of abstraction/concreteness of messages appropriately for the audience, Proactive attitude towards continuous learning of new technologies and features, Ability to maintain high motivation and perform tasks proactively and independently, Willingness and ability to cooperate across departments and job titles

Nice to Have

Tableau certifications, Dashboard publishing on Tableau Public, Knowledge of cloud architecture and considerations for on-premises to cloud migration, Experience supporting and troubleshooting performance issues related to data pipelines and dashboards, Knowledge of solution design on Salesforce Core and Data360, Experience with other analytics products (Power BI, CRM Analytics), Experience with AI-related usage/implementation, Experience with data warehouse or data lake platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift), Business-level English (reading, writing, and conversation)
