8 years proven experience in Enterprise consulting, Implementing Enterprise software solutions in the Commerce space as a Lead Developer or Architect, Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, Experience with Cloudcraze, Deep understanding of data modeling, Deep understanding of integration architectures, Deep understanding of data governance best practices, Very good understanding of B2B Commerce development tools (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Platform, APIs, Standard and Custom Objects), Experience with System Architecture design, Experience with Integration Patterns, Experience optimizing B2B Commerce solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability across complex enterprise environments, Salesforce Administrator certification, Salesforce Platform Developer certification, Excellent communication skills, Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from Developer over Merchant to Executive, Customer-centric discovery, Comfortable engaging directly with customers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, demo features, and provide architectural guidance, Proactive and self-starting attitude, Ability to manage tasks independently, Ability to collaborate remotely with customers and colleagues, Values the importance of Data Ethics and Privacy, Ensuring that customer solutions adhere to relevant regulations and best practices in data security and privacy
