What You'll Do.
identifying potential Subrogation claims
ensure accurate file setup

Answer inbound ACD call line and provide prompt
professional customer service to members and insurance companies
Create new claim files with accurate and complete information
Regularly accesses client systems to gather information used to create inventory
Uses multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently
