Must Have
2 years’ full-time hands-on technical experience in the operation, maintenance, installation, test, and/or repair of PSSE incorporated in Submarine PSSE Non-Ordnance Handling systems, active secret US government clearance, US citizenship
What You'll Do.
Perform maintenance and certification of PSSE equipment
Perform maintenance on Missile Tube Loading/Handling Platforms
Conduct preventative maintenance and testing of Weight Handling Equipment
Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance for platforms
Schedule PMS and maintenance per technical manual
Perform Operational Procedures (OP's)
Maintain certification by performing maintenance and repairs
Maintain HAZMAT lockers IAW OSHA directives
Maintain a database of PSSE location and maintenance status
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on VLS platforms
Support handling services for various equipment
and handling services
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on Ballast Cans
Support handling and transportation services for TMDs
Perform on-load and off-load of PSSE equipment
Provide PSSE Non-Ordnance Technical Support on waterfront
Provide Non-Ordnance Handling Coordination
Attend weekly CSS-6/8 pier de-confliction meeting
Coordinate Non-ordnance Handling evolutions
Submit weekly Non-ordnance Handling schedule
Submit required form to NMC requesting handling equipment
Provide assistance with transportation of hull-owned equipment

Coordinate Non-ordnance Handling evolutions between MARMC, CSS-6/8 and Naval Munitions Command (NMC); Attend weekly CSS-6/8 pier de-confliction meeting
