Ensure scenario quality across areas such as inventory coordination, procurement workflows, technical product demonstrations, and client relationship management. Support continuous improvement of benchmarking datasets used to enhance AI understanding of complex commercial environments. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B operations. Native-level proficiency in Odia with strong professional English communication skills. Strong understanding of Indian wholesale and distribution ecosystems, including sales cycles, procurement workflows, and customer relationship management. Experience in roles such as Sales Management, Order Management, Technical or Non-Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, or Commercial Operations. Ability to translate real-world business processes into structured, analytical, and scenario-based content. Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess accuracy, consistency, and operational realism in written outputs.
