ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for experienced Wholesale Trade and Commercial Sales professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Indian distribution, wholesale, and B2B commercial environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect operational, order management, account management, sales coordination, technical product sales, and customer relationship challenges across wholesale and distribution networks. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within complex Indian commercial trade environments. WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER - Design realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios in Kannada or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory coordination, client account management, technical product demonstrations, wholesale procurement workflows) - Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management tasks - Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, commercial relevance, customer service quality, and operational realism - Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations QUALIFICATIONS - Native-level Kannada with strong professional English proficiency - 5+ years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations - Background in one or more relevant roles: Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations - Strong understanding of wholesale workflows, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and Indian commercial trade environments WHY COLLABORATE WITH LILT? - Your schedule, your rul
