## Accountabilities In this role, you will design, evaluate, and refine retail-focused scenarios that mirror real operational challenges across Indian store and commercial environments. You will contribute to improving AI understanding of retail workflows while ensuring accuracy, safety, and contextual relevance. Design realistic retail trade and store operations scenarios in English or Telugu based on Indian retail environments, including customer service, inventory, pharmacy workflows, and sales operations Develop structured evaluation rubrics to assess problem-solving, decision-making, and compliance in retail contexts Review AI-generated and human-generated outputs for accuracy, operational realism, customer service quality, and policy adherence Contribute to the creation of “gold standard” responses reflecting best practices in retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations Ensure cultural and operational relevance of scenarios within Indian retail ecosystems Requirements This role requires strong hands-on experience in retail, store operations, or related commercial functions, combined with the ability to evaluate operational scenarios with precision and clarity. Candidates should bring both domain expertise and strong analytical judgment.
