## Accountabilities Design and develop realistic media and broadcasting scenarios reflecting newsroom, editorial, production, and digital content workflows. Adapt and structure evaluation rubrics for assessing editorial quality, communication effectiveness, and production accuracy. Review and validate AI-generated and human-generated outputs for factual correctness, cultural appropriateness, and industry realism. Contribute to the creation of benchmark “gold standard” responses aligned with best practices in journalism, broadcasting, and audiovisual production. Ensure scenarios reflect real-world challenges such as live broadcast coordination, script development, content planning, and media compliance. Support continuous improvement of AI systems by providing structured feedback grounded in professional media expertise. Requirements: Native-level proficiency in the target language and strong professional English communication skills. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Content Production, Publishing, or Audiovisual Operations. Background in roles such as journalist, content producer, video/audio editor, broadcast operator, or media manager. Strong understanding of editorial workflows, production pipelines, audience communication, and media standards. Familiarity with digital media ecosystems and fast-paced newsroom or production environments. Ability to apply structured thinking to scenario design, evaluation, and content quality assessment.
