ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking experienced healthcare and social assistance professionals to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in Kannada for the Indian region. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will help create and review realistic healthcare administrative and clinical scenarios that reflect real-world patient care, hospital operations, and healthcare system management. Your work will directly improve how AI systems understand and respond within sensitive, high-stakes healthcare environments. WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER - Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Kannada reflecting Indian clinical and administrative settings (e.g., patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, nursing workflows) - Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations - Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality - Contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety - Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in Indian healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations QUALIFICATIONS - Native Kannada with strong professional English proficiency - 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors - Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings - Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards - Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content WHY COLLABORATE WITH LILT? - Your schedule, your rules.
