What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Graduates, 5-7 yrs. Procurement / Supply Chain, ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle, Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Ability to understand purchasing and procurement methods and procedures, Provide reports, information, analysis etc. , as required, in a timely, professional manner, Knowledge of P2P tools - end user functionality
What You'll Do.
Coordinate with vendors for delivery status
Complete Open Purchase Order Report
Execute core procurement processes
Meet or exceed service levels
Coordinate PO changes with suppliers
Select supplier for new orders
Manage supplier database
Identify operational efficiencies
Perform root cause analysis
Prepare Customized reports
Manage urgent receive
Resolve receiving challenges
Own Buddy system for new hires
Conduct training program for new joinees
Back-up to Team Leader
Complete detailed process documentation
Ensure Teams are fully 5S compliant
Resolve escalations for Buyer
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor); Coordinate with Supplier; Coordinate with Internal stakeholders for documentation approval; Support new Buyers; Work with extraordinary teams
