What You'll Do.
Coordinate with vendors for delivery status
Complete Open Purchase Order Report
Execute core procurement processes
Coordinate PO changes
Select supplier for new orders
Manage supplier database
Identify operational efficiencies
Perform root cause analysis
Prepare customized reports
Manage urgent receive
Resolve receiving challenges
Conduct training program
Back-up to Team Leader
Complete detailed process documentation
Resolve escalations for Buyer

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor); Coordinate with Supplier; Work with internal stakeholders; Provide training support to new joinees; Help new Buyers resolve issues
