ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking experienced professionals in Finance and Financial Services to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in the target language. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review high-quality, real-world financial scenarios that evaluate AI systems in language-specific contexts. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and performs in language-compliant financial environments. WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER - Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language reflecting local finance practices - Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses - Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality - Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions QUALIFICATIONS - Native in the target language with strong professional English proficiency - 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis) - Strong knowledge of the target locale financial products and frameworks - Familiarity with the target locale regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks) - Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in target language with high attention to detail WHY COLLABORATE WITH LILT? - Your schedule, your rules.
