We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently. **Partner with the best** As a Sub-Contracts Manager you will work within a dedicated subcontracts management team to provide contract leadership and direction across projects for our Subsea production systems business sharing responsibility with the Project Manager(s)/ Director for the contractual and financial delivery of the project in accordance with the execution and financial plan. The Sub-Contracts Manager will be responsible for: * Handling Supplier Management completely - Qualification of suppliers, subcontract management process, proposal management, tendering and contract management. * Developing & negotiating detailed contractual agreements, including frame agreements with suppliers, and leading cross-functional teams in the contract design and negotiation * Building solid supplier management relationships to oversee third-party services including process design and day-to-day operations engagements * Developing strategic contracting approaches with our suppliers to drive more certainty into our project execution. * Overseeing of sub-contracting: transition from “back-to-back” to informed risk distribution & strategies (knowledge base approach) * Supporting the bids team in proposal development, risk management, scope definition, contractual initiatives , customer communications, and customer negotiations. * Support bid and project teams to ensure all necessary main contract flow downs are included for. * Ensuring com
