What You'll Do.
Support with related work to the subcontract life cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements
Subcontract Negotiation
Purchase Orders and Closeout
Assists in the negotiation and administration of assigned NDAs
and other related agreements
Assists in preparation of subcontract solicitations
Participates in the evaluation of subcontractor proposals for adherence to company and client requirements
Participates in the review and coordination of approval of terms
and legal sufficiency of all subcontract documents
Participates in negotiating and drafting subcontract modifications
Prepares status reports and briefs management on issues or problems
Assists management and subcontract personnel in preparing procedural changes
Assists management and subcontract personnel in the resolution of subcontract-related problems
Develops current knowledge of relevant subcontract procedures and practices
Participates in special projects as required
