Must Have
Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field, At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, At least 5 years of leadership experience, including personnel responsibility, In-depth knowledge in mechanical development and support, Very good communication skills in German and English, Strong leadership skills and experience in guiding and mentoring employees, Team-oriented way of working and ability to collaborate effectively, Analytical thinking skills and ability to develop strategies for the unit
Nice to Have
Master's degree or PhD, Experience in the medical technology field, Experience in special mechanical engineering with a focus on fully automated production machines

In dieser Position führst Du ein hochqualifiziertes Team aus technischen Expert:innen und entwickelst effektiv und effizient die Kompetenzen rund um die Mechanikentwicklung weiter. Du gibst in dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle fachliche, innovative Impulse, bist Coach und “Architekt:in des Wandels” für unsere moderne, agile Arbeitsweise. Mit Deiner außerordentlichen Expertise gestaltest Du aktiv die Zukunft der Diagnostik bei Roche. **Deine Aufgaben** * Führung von mehreren Teams von Führungskräften und Spezialisten im Bereich Mechanik. * Verantwortung für die Teamleistung und Ergebnisse im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich. * Setzen und Umsetzen kurzfristiger Abteilungsziele und Prioritäten unter Berücksichtigung des Budgets. * Etablierung und Verwaltung von externen Partnerschaften in Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen und der Strategie des Projekts * Formuliert die Vision für das Subchapter und unterstützt bei Schlüsselprojekten zur Entwicklung von Geschäftseinheitsstrategien und Unternehmensprozessen. * Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Entscheidungen zur Problemlösung im Verantwortungsbereich. * Förderung der Kompetenzentwicklung im Team durch
