What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BA or MSc in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related high-tech technical field, 3+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, assembly, or engineering environments, Proven experience leading, coaching, or managing a technical sub-team of 2 to 8 direct reports, domain expertise with hands-on experience in electronics, assembly, or technical project execution, Fluent English, both spoken and written, Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check
Nice to Have
Familiarity with enterprise management tools like HiBob and Odoo for scheduling and hours tracking
