What You'll Do.
Deliver expert styling advice
Inspire clients to explore styles
Provide a style service
Lead elevated client styling appointments
Participate in boutique events
Partner with management peers
Suggest ways to promote statement pieces
Develop and support the team in styling
Lead styling activities
Animate Style collection workshops
Monitor internal styling app
Support Style Advisors / FAs
Coach Style Advisors and FAs
Provide constructive feedback
Identify talents with styling skills
Participate in decoding the collection
Gather feedback from the team
Review the buys with management
Help share suggestions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as the « Style relay » in the boutique between the Style Expertise Manager and the Style Advisor and / or Fashion Advisors (FAs); Mentor the Style Advisors and the Fashion Advisors; Work closely with the Style expertise manager in developing and supporting the team in styling; Partner with Boutique management peers to build yearly plan and support business from a styling point of view; Review the buys with the boutique management team; Help Style Expertise Manager to share suggestions from a Styling perspective with the rest of the team
