In addition, we offer opportunities for career growth and professional development. _CORE RESPONSIBILITIES : _ _Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:_ * Operate hand, leg or foot activated valve to stuff sausage into casings or molds. * Position on sticks and hang product to trees or trucks. * Check and set proper stuffer controls. Select and position proper stuffing horn. * Soak and untie bundles of casings when necessary. * Service stuffers by bringing vats of meat to stuffer to dumpers and unloading meat into stuffer. * Place casings on horns of stuffers. * Operate stuffing machine, hang product, service stuffers, clean buckets, all part of rotation of jobs. * Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor. _QUALIFICATIONS:_ _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
