Ensures that startup deliverables in assigned countries are met; monitors startup key performance indicators for projects in startup on a country level and implements improvement plans

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7 years of Study Startup experience in the country/region, over 3 years of experience in a Lead/Line Manager role, Full working proficiency in English and Chinese
What You'll Do.
Lead study startup in assigned countries
Ensure startup deliverables are met
Participate in startup timelines development
Act as contact for client and vendors
Review quality metrics
Report quality issues
Ensure team compliance with training
Train project team on processes
Assist with resource allocation
Develop training materials
Provide methodological support
Mentor and coach staff
Take up line management responsibilities
Identify and escalate operational issues
Monitor startup key performance indicators
Implement improvement plans
Develop and update manuals
Provide local expertise and best practices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Acts as a primary or secondary contact for client and vendors for startup matters; Ensures startup team compliance with project-specific training matrix and trains project team on Study Startup processes; Provides local expertise and best practices to other PSI functions and clients
