THE ROLE: This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients. As a Senior Motion Designer, you are a visual leader and a dedicated mentor. As well as execution, you’ll define the look and feel of campaigns and help others do the same. You will be instrumental in setting the standard for a new Argentina team, bridging the gap between art direction and technical execution while fostering the growth of junior talent. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Mentorship: Take an active role in the professional development of junior designers, providing regular 1:1 creative guidance and technical coaching. Art Direction: Collaborate with creative leadership to set the visual tone and motion language for major campaigns. GenAI Leadership: Implement and standardize the use of Generative AI tools (Weavy, Freepik, Replicate) within the team's workflow to drive efficiency.
