Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 7–10 years in creative operations, studio or project management Must be local due to hybrid work schedule Job Description: The Studio Operations Manager oversees the operational management and execution of all in-house creative studio projects and production workflows. This role ensures projects are efficiently prioritized, resourced, and delivered on time while maintaining brand excellence. You will partner closely with Creative, Marketing, and external production teams to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project timelines, production calendars, and resource allocation across multiple creative initiatives to ensure alignment with business priorities and deadlines Lead project intake, prioritization, scheduling, and workflow optimization while coordinating internal teams, external vendors, freelancers, photographers, agencies, and production partners Manage studio processes, asset organization, approvals, and production logistics to support efficient project execution Identify, evaluate, and implement operational improvements that enhance workflow efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration across the creative department Ensure creative deliverables consistently align with brand standards, project objectives, timelines, and budget expectations Monitor and manage production-relate
