We commit to those areas where we think we can really change the course of medicine and bring big new ideas to life._ _As part of the Global Omnichannel Delivery team within GBS Commercial Operations, the_** _Studio Operations Associate_** _will support the Content Delivery team with asset delivery. The Content Delivery Associate will work_ _closely with our Content Delivery team, preferred production suppliers, internal studio services and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of marketing assets. This role will work with our teams globally to execute on requests from the Americas Commercial Marketing Teams_. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects simultaneously, working in collaboration with our internal and external partners to ensure project deliverables are met * Coordinate the internal delivery team to maintain resource allocation in the best efficiency possible and oversee quality standards are met * Partner closely with the Studio Operations Lead and Content Delivery Managers to understand asset demand and prioritization * In partnership with Content Delivery Managers, manage the operational planning and delivery of commercial marketing content production which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets * Work collaboratively with both internal AZ teams and external partners located around the globe supporting the execution of production requests * Track all projects in the approved project management tool so that we have accurate reporting * Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, preferred production partners and cross-functional internal team members to ensure that assets are produced
