The ideal candidate will act as the key link between internal creative teams, production teams, and clients—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment. _**Key Responsibilities:**_ __ * Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient resource management. * Manage studio maintenance, equipment upkeep, and ensure all facilities are functioning properly. * Enforce safety protocols and maintain an organized working environment. * Coordinate project schedules from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met. * Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to allocate resources effectively. * Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding project requirements and ensuring client satisfaction. * Prepare project estimates, manage quotations, and oversee account coordination when needed. * Hire, train, schedule, and support internal staff and freelancers. * Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure high-quality output. * Oversee budgets, billing, invoicing, and cost control to maximize studio profitability. *
