Must Have

College graduate with four-year degree, 3-5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, sales, or operations, Sales and business operations experience required, Onsite presence required

Nice to Have

Financial literacy and experience managing a team preferred

What You'll Do.

Oversee junior staff in daily community operations

Train newly hired ambassadors and hospitality assistants

Motivate team and hold them accountable for responsibilities and goals

Assist with tours and selling space to meet target occupancy

and contract execution

Assist with lead generation through outbound sales

Support renewal negotiations

Lead sales for external bookings of conference room and event space

Manage leasing platforms

Lead marketing ideation and execution

Manage external marketing platforms

Find ways to maximize revenue through ancillary fees

Manage entire new member onboarding & move-in/out process

Ensure education and enforcement of Studio’s policies and procedures

Oversee relationships with third-party partners

or updates required in the space

Support space operations including daily walkthroughs and inventory management

Oversee development of community initiatives and event strategy

warm service to keep members happy

Meet regularly with senior member stakeholders

Analyze member survey results and develop strategic recommendations

Solve member-related issues and conduct feedback analyses

Oversee resolution of member complaints

Oversee event strategy

Increase local and strategic partnerships to decrease event spend

Oversee event ideation

Develop innovative ways to surprise and delight members

Assist with building budget by reviewing monthly expenditures

Assist with member billing by managing members' fees and payment process

Review accounts payable invoices

Manage invoice input into system and payment

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with Studio Sales team for lead generation; Work with internal teams for marketing ideation and execution; Oversee relationships with third-party partners (building, facilities, F&B); Develop community initiatives and event strategy to create connections between members; Meet regularly with senior member stakeholders; Work with fellow ambassadors, partners, vendors, and building management

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Process & Methodology

Manage leasing platforms, Lead marketing ideation and execution, Manage external marketing platforms, Manage entire new member onboarding & move-in/out process, Lead repairs, maintenance, or updates required in the space, Oversee development of community initiatives and event strategy, Oversee event strategy (i.e. calendar for the month, events with purpose, good mix of themes), Oversee event ideation, planning & execution, Assist with building budget by reviewing monthly expenditures
