Who we are Our Field Team is comprised of Coaches and Guides who establish connections with members and create inclusive in-person communities at our Studio locations. Each week, our Coaches and Guides work hard to help members achieve their wellness goals and make positive lifestyle changes What you will do While having a ton of fun, you’ll be responsible for: member engagement, member retention, new member recruitment, and product sales - all while working flexible hours!
