Prolonged periods of standing, Frequent walking, Occasionally lift and/or move 10-20 lbs, Onsite presence required

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in hospitality, sales, or operations, Experience in customer service, College graduate with four-year degree, Onsite presence required

Nice to Have

Financial literacy, Project management experience, Business operations experience

What You'll Do.

Manage day-to-day community operations

Conduct member feedback analyses

Develop and maintain relationships with third-party partners

Manage pantry and supply inventory and ordering

Oversee mail and package process

On-board and welcome new members

Manage move-in process

Send off former members professionally

Manage move-out procedures

Review and submit accounts payable invoices

Identify trends and ways to reduce costs

Ensure education and enforcement of Studio’s policies and procedures

Work at the front desk

Support members and guests with questions

Provide a welcoming experience

Plan and execute engaging themed events

Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations

Develop innovative ways to surprise and delight members

Interact with members daily

Address member feedback promptly

Manage leads and tour pipeline

Conduct stellar tours

Assist with updating leasing and marketing platforms

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with marketing to post events on social media; Loop in the General Manager when needed; Build relationships with fellow ambassadors, partners, vendors, and building management

Communication Scope

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
