An LL.B., J.D., or equivalent is required for this position. Membership in the Law Society of Ontario is an asset. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the law relating to the practice of the Supreme Court of Canada, including aspects of appellate advocacy. Prior teaching experience will be considered an asset. The Common Law Section reserves the right to select a candidate who does not fully meet each of these requirements, where the candidate’s selection would be beneficial to the program, the course, the stude
