What You'll Do.
Monitor and verify student attendance records daily within the learning management system (LMS)
Review attendance submissions from trainers and ensure records are accurate
Coordinate practical placement arrangements by liaising with external facilities and stakeholders
Send placement requests
manage placement-related communications
and track confirmations through email and placement platforms such as PlaceRight
Maintain and organise placement agreements
and supporting documentation
Provide timely support to students primarily via email
and digital communication platforms
Respond to student enquiries regarding attendance
and general administrative concerns
resolve routine concerns independently
and escalate more complex matters appropriately
Ensure accurate data entry
and compliance with internal administrative processes
