The Student Success Coordinator will work to assist undergraduate, on-campus students in an effort to improve student retention, persistence, and graduation rates. Through providing academic advising for students and early intervention measures, the coordinator will have a targeted focus on undergraduate student success. The Student Success Coordinator will help to coordinate all student success initiatives. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with other members of the Student Success Team to design and implement retention initiatives, maintain advising records, and communicate with faculty regarding student academic success concerns. The Coordinator will also work closely with other departments on campus, including Admissions and faculty representatives from the academic department. **Requirements** Candidates must have the character and personality to relate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and the community. Applicants must have a master’s degree (or at least 18 hours of graduate work completed) and at least 2 years of experience in student advising, recruitment, retention, or other related student services areas.
