Must Have

High School Diploma or GED required, 1 year related experience in proprietary educational setting preferred

Nice to Have

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, 1–2 years experience in student services, advising, career services, workforce development, recruiting, or related support role

What You'll Do.

Manage active caseload of students

Meet defined performance metrics

Serve as consistent point of contact

trust and accountability

Engage students to identify barriers

Address academic and other barriers

Drive retention and certification outcomes

Support accommodation requests

Escalate appropriately

Accurately document student interactions

Participate in cohort tracking

Participate in G&E chart confirmation

Participate in required audits

Report on student success metrics

Support student success events

Participate in student success events

Facilitate student success events

Collaborate with other departments

Perform additional tasks

Complete required onboarding

Complete ongoing training
