Must Have
High School Diploma or GED required, 1–2 years of experience in student services, 1 year of related experience in a proprietary educational setting

Manage active caseload of students
Meet defined performance metrics
Serve as consistent point of contact
Advocate for assigned students

Engage students to identify barriers
Address academic barriers to persistence
Address other barriers to persistence
Drive retention outcomes
Drive certification outcomes
Support accommodation requests
Refer appropriate resources
Escalate issues appropriately
Accurately document student interactions
Accurately document student outcomes
Participate in cohort tracking
Participate in G&E chart confirmation
Participate in required audits
Report on student success metrics
Support student success events
Participate in student success events

As a Student Succes Coordinator, you will develop strong relationships with and support students from onboarding through graduation, building strong, consistent relationships
