What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Services, or related field, 4+ years of experience in a K–12 educational setting, Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing programs, Knowledge of student onboarding, student engagement strategies, and intervention systems, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans, Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities across schools in a fast-paced environment, High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

What You'll Do.
Serve as Student Success leader
Supervise and manage Success Coaches
Supervise and develop Success Coaches
and monitor Student Success programming
Lead and manage re-enrollment efforts
Partner with school leadership to execute re-enrollment campaigns
Act as a mentor and role model
Support or backfill coaching responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of onboarding experience
Ensure consistent implementation of welcome calls
Oversee and support facilitation of live Orientation sessions
Develop and implement Parent University sessions
Establish clear onboarding milestones
Design and maintain tracking systems
Analyze onboarding data
Partner with Enrollment
Implement proactive outreach strategies
Lead the development and execution of tiered outreach
Oversee identification of disengaged students
Partner with Principals
Ensure alignment between engagement efforts
Support implementation of PBIS systems
Ensure consistent processes
Standardize best practices
Serve as primary escalation point

Position Overview Founders Classical Academy is a public, tuition-free K–12 charter school rooted in the classical liberal arts tradition. Our vigorous academic program prepares students for success in school, work, and life. Our mission is to cultivate wisdom and virtue in students through the pursuit of truth, beauty, and goodness within a distinctly classical and character-forming environment. The Student Success Coordinator serves as the strategic and operational lead for student engagement, attendance, and success programming across JCA of Ohio, VPA of Ohio, and PCA of Ohio. This role ensures the consistent implementation of high-quality Student Success systems across all three schools, aligning to network expectations while adapting to each school’s unique student population. As a member of the administrative leadership team, the coordinator oversees Success Coaches, leads and develops onboarding and engagement programming, and partners closely with school leadership to remove barriers to student achievement. This role requires strong cross-school leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to build systems that drive measurable improvements in attendance, persistence, engagement, and academic outcomes.
