What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, 3+ Years of teaching experience, Experience implementing service delivery requirements as outlined in a scholars’ individualized education plan (IEP), Alignment with Argosy Collegiate’s mission and vision for all scholars, Experience collaborating with and leading teachers in implementing highly effective instructional strategies that benefit all learners, Ability to think and thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial setting, Ability to think critically, problem-solve, backwards plan, analyze and use data, and action plan to positively impact academic achievement, Demonstrate highly effective organization and communication skills, Demonstrate professionalism and respect with all stakeholders, Support the safety, welfare, and supervision of students at all times, Serve as a mandated reporter, Model and uphold the School’s Code of Conduct, core values, and professional standards, Maintain regular, reliable and punctual attendance, Demonstrate sufficient mobility and stamina to move throughout the school building, Engage in work that requires frequent standing, walking, and occasional light lifting (up to 25 pounds), Perform duties in various classroom and school environments, including outdoor supervision as needed, Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment
Nice to Have
Masters Degree, MA Special Education and/or MLL licensure, SEI endorsement significant experience with SEI strategies implementation across content areas, Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole

Develop teacher efficacy
Model classroom instruction
Conduct feedback cycles
Use video-aided coaching
Build relationships with teachers
Build relationships with administrators
Build relationships with other coaches
Support the implementation of high quality instruction
Support the implementation of curriculum across all tiers
Teach an ELA or Math-focused intervention block
Support co-teaching partnerships
Promote the mission and vision of Argosy Collegiate
Support teachers and administrators in using data to
Assist teachers with planning of units of study
Assist teachers with pacing of units of study
Assist teachers with planning of lessons
Assist teachers with pacing of lessons
Assist with the development of differentiated lessons
Assist with the selection of best practices
Collaborate with teachers during planning time
Develop lessons framed by Universal Design for Learning
Develop units framed by Universal Design for Learning
Informally observe lessons
Provide coaching for teacher’s professional growth
Create and share an articulated schedule
