As a Recruitment Officer you will be joining the Marketing Team to contribute to the strategic growth and visibility of ECU Sri Lanka. Student Recruitment & Outreach * Promote college/university programs to prospective students, parents, and agents. * Attend education fairs, school visits, and virtual events to generate leads. * Provide accurate and timely program information to potential applicants. Lead Management * Handle student enquiries promptly through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). * Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversions. Application Support * Guide students through the application process and required documentation. * Track applications through to offer, acceptance, and enrolment stages. Marketing & Promotion * Support marketing campaigns targeted at key intakes and markets. * Contribute to digital and social media recruitment activities. Customer Service * Provide high-quality support to prospective students and families. * Address queries professionally and represent the institution positively. * Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Education, or a related field. * 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, sales, or customer service (experience in the education industry is an added advantage). * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with students, parents, and school representatives. * Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the abilit
