Support key initiatives and projects
Support key governance initiatives
Refresh the governance handbook
Enhance Board/committee templates
Coordinate Board education and orientation
Conduct research on governance practices
Synthesize findings into recommendations
Assist with administrative activities
Schedule Board and committee meetings
Support work plan development
