## Overview: **About Student Group** The Students group shapes, designs and delivers key student services and experiences to prepare RMIT students for study, life and the global workforce. We work in partnership with students, academics, professional staff, industry and the community to deliver transformative student experiences that improve access, participation, retention and success for all RMIT students. Our objectives are to: * Shape, co-create and inform an inclusive, safe, industry-engaged and global student experience * Deliver impactful, connected service, care and development opportunities at scale, and to * Engage, empower and value each other so that together we can make a difference. We are a values-led organisation and we value imagination, integrity, passion, inclusion, courage and impact. **Position Summary** Provide routine logistics and administrative support that enables safe, high‑quality delivery of Student‑led Activities and the activities the team supports. Work from clear instructions and checklists to set up and pack down spaces, manage check‑ins and queue flow, prepare materials and kits, complete basic AV checks, and keep accurate records. Escalate anything non‑standard to the Student Life Ambassadors or the Student Partnership Officers promptly. **Key Accountabilities** * **Event Setup and Support:** Support set up and pack down rooms/stalls, handle basic AV and space readiness, arrange snacks or any catering, and keep service areas tidy. * **Check-ins and Queue Management:** Support check-ins, ticket scanning, lines, sign-ups, and wayfinding as directed. * **Outreach and Tours
