Must Have
Degree qualification or equivalent experience in business, education, finance, law, or a related discipline, Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or administration, Familiarity with student groups and/or student-led initiatives, Experience managing high-volume administrative processes and competing priorities, Familiarity with event coordination and logistics, Experience using databases, systems, and reporting tools, Successful completion of a Criminal History Check
What You'll Do.
Provide administrative and event support
Respond to high volume of enquiries
Liaise regularly with student groups
Review event submissions
Assist with administration of student group funding
Ensure student group documentation satisfies requirements
Support event logistics and coordination
Monitor student notice boards and digital posting spaces
Comply with EEO and WHS legislation
Undertake other duties as required
