Full Job Description
Description: Intern will support revenue cycle leadership with departmental priorities and strategic initiatives to improve revenue capture and streamline operations. Focus areas include patient access, financial clearance, denial management, billing and collections, and self-pay functions. Activities will include project management tasks including scheduling meetings, developing materials, taking notes, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communications. Intern will also support analytics teams including identifying data sources, reconciling data sets, cleaning and preparing data, checking results and preparing presentations. Position Objective: Support Luminis Health initiatives to align revenue cycle shared services with the goals and objectives of the hospitals, clinics, physician groups and other areas providing services to our patients and our communities.
