update floor plans and accurate statistics on space occupancy in Montreal and Ottawa

Participate in coordinating facilities management initiatives
such as preventive maintenance
Participate in planning and delivering services (organization
and coordination with vendors)
Participate in updating floor plans and space occupancy statistics as well as preparing monthly plans
Participate in documenting and maintaining inventories for major sites
Participate in resolving unresolved issues within a reasonable timeframe
to the satisfaction of the client
Participate in managing client requests and delivering services

They will work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager and the Junior Facilities Manager.
