Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed, Saturdays 1-2X a month as needed to support career fairs and open house events

Must Have
Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
Nice to Have
Associates' or higher degree, One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting
What You'll Do.
Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit
Conduct outreach through phone calls
and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process
Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance
Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment
including appointment setting
application assistance
Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation
Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs
