Structures & Payload Design Engineer (Structural Design) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) Company is looking for **Structures & Payload Design Engineers **to become part of the **AH-64 Apache Airframe Integrated Product Team (IPT)** in **Mesa, AZ.** Our team is currently hiring Experienced (Level 3) to Senior (Level 4) Design Engineers. The Airframe IPT is a multi-functional Engineering Organization with a mission statement to provide engineering solutions via a highly skilled workforce for the advancement of the AH-64 Apache Helicopter. The Airframe IPT provides engineering support to various projects/programs and is a flexible team that strategically adapts to emerging opportunities. Daily tasks include design work, 3D CAD model generation, and product data management systems work for structural components, structural hardware, assemblies, and installations. This will include a mix of model-based definition and traditional drawing generation. The selected candidate will interface with adjacent engineering functions to include stress analysis, materials and processes, manufacturing, procurement, quality, safety, systems and verification. Designs will comply with customer requirements, including typical release processes and signature cycle approvals. The selected candidate will support supplier development, testing, and production activities, collaborating closely with suppliers to optimize designs and achieve program objectives. **Position Responsibilities:** * Engineering support and project leadership within an Integrated Product Team. * Ability to communicate professionally across multiple organizations and/or throughout all levels of leadership
