Must Have

A STEM degree eg: Civil Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline., Early career to mid stages of a career in civil engineering, asset management, data analysis or a related field., An interest in infrastructure asset management, civil engineering and whole-life infrastructure planning., Analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop practical recommendations., Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and professionally., Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team., A proactive and curious approach to learning, problem solving and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

An understanding of asset management principles and asset awareness of ISO 55001 would be beneficial., Awareness of relevant UK standards and guidance, including DMRB, and an interest in developing further knowledge in this area., Experience in a consultant, contractor or infrastructure-related environment would be advantageous., Experience with coding or data analysis tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, Excel, Power BI or similar would be advantageous., Working towards, or interested in working towards, professional chartership with a relevant institution would be beneficial.
