Support continuous improvement in quality and safety performance
Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and maintain production flow
Monitor equipment performance and report any issues

## Description Structural Steel Fabrication Supervisor – 2nd Shift Location: Richmond, VA Shift: 2nd Shift Job Type: Direct Hire Payrate Starting at $32.00/hour+ depending on experience Position Overview A growing steel fabrication operation is seeking an experienced fabrication leader to oversee second-shift production activities within a structural steel manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supporting shop operations, supervising fabrication personnel, and helping ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved.
