Must Have
Ability to read and understand blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings, Experience performing steel layout, fitting, and assembly work, Familiarity with fabrication shop equipment, hand tools, and measuring devices, Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Nice to Have
Prior experience using overhead cranes and rigging equipment is a plus, Welding Experience, Experience performing Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) within a fabrication or production setting, Ability to produce clean and consistent welds on structural steel components, Comfortable welding in multiple positions including flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead
