This position involves a combination of carpentry, masonry, painting, and general building maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing campus environment. The ideal candidate is skilled in various construction and repair techniques, with a focus on both reactive and proactive maintenance. **Work Days:** Monday-Friday **Shift Start/End Time:** 7:30AM-4:30PM **Hours Per Week:** 40 **Weeks Per Year:** 52 **Position Title:** Structural Specialist **Pay Status and Classification:** Non-exempt, Regular full-time **Supervisor:** Supervisor of Structural Trades **Position Purpose:** Maintains and repairs structures and fixtures on campus using a range of materials, including wood, concrete, mortar, and more. Applies paints, stains to interior and exterior surfaces, while also performing minor electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
