Assigns and coordinates project priorities, workload planning, staffing schedules and assignments. Coordinates and monitors direct/indirect labor utilization among section staff members. Ensures that resource loading calendars are completed on a timely basis for the section. Responsible for quality control of work produced by the section. Oversees that staff execute to standards, procedures and policies established by the organization. Provides input to Department Manager on hiring, salaries, promotion, transfer, demotion and termination of section members. Assists with staff development within the section. Recommends to Department Manager opportunities for section members to participate in training and career development activities. Supports the Department Manager in monitoring the financial key performance indicators for the section including utilization a
