POSITION SUMMARY: The Structural Heart Coordinator is a licensed professional who will work in a multidisciplinary environment which will require exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, clinical and administrative units. The Structural Heart Coordinator provides point-of-service care for Cardiac Cath Lab and Structural Heart customers and guests, manages incoming calls, schedules, and attends meetings, and supports the needs of leadership. The Structural Heart Coordinator supports the Structural Heart Coordinator -Lead through facilitation and coordinating all services/systems required for an organized multidisciplinary team approach to the evaluation, treatment, and follow-up of the patient needing structural heart procedures, including TAVR, Watchman, Mitra Clip and other upcoming new procedures This is a specialized RN role requiring knowledge of general cardiology as well as valvular disease, surgical, and nonsurgical approach to treatment.
